Very unresponsive, horrible. In short, they do not answer calls or emails. I viewed a property, where I was told that only one-year tenancy was possible whilst I was looking for only six months. The agent told me he would talk to the landlord about this and get back to me the following day, which never happened. I tried to call them, but never got through, so left a voice message. The next day, finally I got through, meaning it was me that had to call not them, so they ignored my voice message. I was only told the same that six months was not possible. Several days later, they sent me an application form of the same property which stated "minimum six months tenancy", so I filled the form and returned. However, this was completely ignored by them. Overall, very confusing, unresponsive and unprofessional. I would never recommend this agency.

We are dealing with an extremely high level of enquiries and calls for lettings properties at present, so we are sorry that you had to contact us again before we had a chance to come back to you. The property you viewed in particular has had over 50 applications since being listed, so we are sorry that yours was unsuccessful on this occasion. While a six month fixed term is the minimum we require in general, this can vary from property to property, depending on the owners requirements for the tenancy.
