I have rented a house from Belvoir and I am extremely unhappy with the property, would not recommend company at all. I am working full time and obviously do not have time to call them at all. Before I moved in, I have agreed with the company that there will be done a professional cleaning of the house and they will put a fence before my move in date. Nothing of the mentioned have been done, I had to do a massive drama to make a cleaning a day after and for more than a month now they cannot put a fence which means I cannot use garden. I asked them to reduce a rent for a month, until the fence is done and they simply refused. I would never recommend anyone to deal with the company.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

Dear Mr Badran, We’re sorry and disappointed to read your feedback here, especially as we are in regular contact with you regarding the fence. As you know, works to the fence were quoted and scheduled before you moved in, however, due to contactor unavailability, we were unable to schedule the works until this week, which we have made you aware of. Regarding the cleaning- the Independent Inventory Clerk did highlight some minor dusting which was missed at the original clean, so we therefore sent our cleaning contractors back within days of you moving in. Again, we have been in discussions with you regarding this. Naturally, we’re happy to discuss this with you in person or via email. We will be in contact privately to discuss further.
