In dealing with a property sale dependent on a Grant of Probate, and the procss starting February 2022, the staff of Belvoir have been nothing but professional and accomodating. As sellers, we live in 3 different areas of the UK. Under the accomplished leaderhsip of James, everything was managed professionally and efficiently with us always being kept informed at all stages. We gained the full asking price and I do belive this was as a result of Belvoir's knowledge of the market. In addition to fulfilling their responsibilities as estate agents, the team went further by downloading all photos related to the house and offered to take the final utility readings if needed. I could not recommend James and his team highly enough. Thank you James..
