I had been renting a Studio Apartment through Belvoir for 4 years and my experience with them was quite satisfactory. Privacy is one of the most important things in general, and when it comes to people accessing a person's home in particular. A known problem, among students, that is, with UK letting agencies is that if the tenant reports a problem, chances are that her request not to access the property in her absence will be ignored.
