From the very start of my moving journey I spoke Laurence, he was absolutely amazing at keeping me informed, sorting issues very quickly. I feel he went over and above with everything just to ensure I was happy and everything was moving forward for the tenancy. I can't thank him enough for everything he has sorted the last week.
