Alison and Loraine were brilliant, we had an offer on the house quite quickly but they really came into their own when it came or exchanging and completing. Our buyers were not very reponsive but Alison and Loraine were able to chase them up for answers and could be counted on to keep us in the loop when our solicitor was tied up elsewhere.
