Found a buyer!

As an Executor of my late Aunt's Estate, I had been trying to sell her property for almost 2 years! This was mainly due to the fact that it was a Leasehold property with a very obstructive landlord who did not want to sell the Freehold. After trying 2 Estate Agents including an on line agency, I contacted James Dawson who was recommended as an expert at negotiating with difficult landlords, and he quickly moved things along to enable the purchase of the Freehold to go ahead.
