Fantastic service

Professional and personal
I have moved twice with McFarlanes in the past 12 months and the level of service has been outstanding. They have worked hard to make the moves successful and when issues have arisen they have dealt with them immediately and professionally. I would recommend using them as their team are honest and genuine, it does feel like you are getting a very personal service.

Always professional, always friendly, and always go the extra mile.
I have been a tenant with Mcfarlane for just over a year. Whoever I deal with, they have all been consistently friendly and professional. All issues I have had (not many!) have been dealt with fast and efficiently. Thank you to the whole team.

Agents Review
I have been a tenant with McFarlane now for 9 months and i have found them to be very professional and their communication has been excellent. Whenever there has been a problem with the property they have been really quick in getting a contractor out to investigate and solve any particular issue.. All the staff which we have dealt with have been first class and very helpful.

We are extremely pleased with FcFarlanes the staff and particulary Kelly have been extremely helpful and effiecient kelly also helped with local facilities as we have recently relocated from Devon, our move went smoothly and they are quick in sorting any issues out and are easy to get hold of. We strongly recommend this company. The property was immaculate and the handing over procedure was excellent again thank you to Kelly who met me at the property to go through the heating and hot water etc which she even set up for me!!!!

Helpful and Professional
I always receive a friendly and prompt service from the staff at Macfarlanes. They keep me informed of any issues about my properties and are happy to help sort them out for me either by speaking with other professionals and organizing work to get them sorted quickly, or by speaking with my tenants on my behalf should they have concerns. Landlords review 2bed flat
It is my second year with McFarlane lettings and I find them to be responsive and efficient, I have had nothing that could not be sorted with a phone call.. So as a letting agent I would say they have performed well. Kelly my contact at McFarlane has always been available to sort out any issues I have had. Overall I would recommend then as a Letting Agent in Swindon.
