We recently sold our property through this agent and the sale was handled by their Cricklade office. We had used their Old Town office previously to rent out our house and their management services proved to be completely reliable and stress free - with no issues what so ever; so we had no hesitation about using them again when we decided to sell. They were proactive throughout and reacted to any points or questions we had, without delay. Their communication throughout was excellent and they kept on top of all the other parties involved without any need for me to chase them along. We were offered every assistance along the way and they even scanned and emailed documents on our behalf when our own resources were packed away. Their team worked well together and went way beyond the level of support and assistance we expected. They really could not have been more accommodating and helpful, and we cannot begin to rate then highly enough.
