Oliver and the entire Vita team went out of their way to make sure our move-in process was as seamless as possible and was responsive and solution-oriented, also outside business hours, from the first viewing until we had actually moved in.

The first time I dealt with Oliver, he guided me very clearly about what offer the landlord would accept in order for me to get the apartment I wanted. He went out of his way to help as most of this was done online and he provided videos of the flat and made sure it was super clean on arrival. He experience and advise is invaluable since he has been in the business over 20 years! Since I had such a good experience renting a place from him I decided to ask him to market a property that I was have trouble finding a tenant for. His eagerness, enthusiasm and contacts worked in no time and we got an excellent tenant with no void period. Oliver becomes like a friend who guides you and you always know that he will be there if things go wrong - which with most estate agents you never find! I would definitely use him again as he goes above and beyond to help his clients!
