Vita - Great work all round

The guys at VITA did a fantastic job on my behalf form start to finish. An open and honest valuation process, fair rates with a willingness to create a risk / reward commercial structure, good advice re presentation, on the ball and consistent communications during the viewing process, excellent negotiation skills, and then (which is seldom the case) hands on involvement in taking the transaction from "price agreed" to "exchanged" ...which is when so many sales fall through and agents lose interest. Malcolm and Nouri approached the whole process with good humour / candour and were a pleasure to deal with at all times. 100% recommend.

Nouri and the team are really amazing. Not only that they made the flat search and letting process a very smooth experience ( they are very professional, mediated nicely between and tried to get the best for both parties, they even brought a bottle of champagne when I got into the flat) but they were always helpful with the flat even if they are not managing the it. For eg, tonight my key broke and I could not get into the flat; Nouri went out of his way to find the spare key located in their office and brought it to me outside of working hours. Amazing service, amazing team, amazing Nouri. Cannot recommend enough!!😊

Highly recommend Vita and had a great experience end to end. Contacted them on a Friday after another flat fell through last minute. Thomas worked to get me into the flat the next day at a time that worked well for me. Everything went very smoothly with the process and the communication from everyone in the office was excellent. They went out of their way to help me with anything from viewing the flat again to take measurements to arranging repairs.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE

Vita properties have just sold my property after it was on the market for nearly 2 years! Originally, I decided not to use Vita and to go with a couple of the larger companies, however after more than a year I realized that I had made a mistake and I was not getting the service I should have been. These companies were only really interested in selling Mult-Million pound properties. Nouri was wonderful, he is an absolutely charming person and very helpful in fighting against an uphill battle of Brexit and an unknown certainty of the future of the UK property market. I would highly recommend Vita and would definitely use them again.

I have used Vita properties for both sales and lettings and they have never dissapointed with the results. Although not the biggest and well known agency in north west London, after being introduced to them by a business contact of mine I was very impressed to say the least. They produced far better foot fall and offers than the more established agents who I had previously working on the properties. The last few of my ventures these guys have been my first point of call and their results speak for themselves. Many thanks guys for all your continued hard work! Will have another property for you very soon .... But then you already know that !
