I interacted with Oliver Kent, Vita Properties during a recent purchase of a flat in West Hampstead. I found Oliver very professional. Not only ensured that the interest of the seller was well represented, he worked very hard to bring the buyer (me) and the seller together to achieve a good transaction for both parties. I am particularly impressed by his efforts after the purchase we agreed on price. He continued to contact both sets of solicitors, mortgage broker, and other facilitators to ensure that the sale completed in time and to the benefit of both parties. Oliver was a stand out professional amongst the agents I dealt with during my property sale process..
