We had great neighbours and it was important to us to sell to people who we felt would fit in and who our, more advanced in years, neighbours would feel they could call on if they ever needed a bin moved, Craig found the perfect couple. As the house we were due to buy hit a major delay he also worked with us to give us space to find a rental, as we were moving country as well as house, so it was was not something we could just rush.
