James was a breath of fresh air, we had been on the market a year with 2 other estate agents but had hardly any viewings plus terrible communication from the agents. James come in and took great photos and gave us an honest valuation on the house backed up with facts. James communicated with us regularly even if he didn't have much news. We would recommend to everyone to use James, the difference in service is amazing and he sold our house quickly but he was also with us every step of the way during all the paperwork stage of selling and ensured that the chain kept moving.
