James always goes the extra mile unlike most agents. We initially asked for a 18.45 viewing which he agreed to. Following the viewing we made an offer the same evening by phone at 9pm. The deal was concluded the following morning & completion took place during lockdown just 5 weeks later. Having dealt with estate agents over the years I have no time for them.They are just maggots.
