Having bought my house through Parkers, they were the obvious choice to go to when putting it back on the market, and they did not disappoint. Marion was amazing from start to finish. She arranged all of the viewings and showed everyone around. She kept me up to date with all feedback from the viewings and kept up communication with everybody throughout the whole process. It was always a pleasure to call her and hear her cheery voice. Once the sale was agreed, I was handed over to Simon who kept me informed with regular updates from all parties. I didn’t feel the need to chase on anything. I would highly recommend selling or buying through Parkers and would like to thank everyone involved in the sale of our house that also includes Lisa for filling me in whenever Marion was out of the office. Recently been involved in house move with Parkers. Initially went with Parkers, as I was impressed to have met a lovely lady (Marion) who came round my property to discuss the sale; had two other agents, but my mind was made up within 24hrs, to go with Parkers. We have just exchanged on our purchase via Parker’s and despite the bumpy & lengthy journey to this point (through no ones fault in particular), Simon has remained professional, friendly and ensured we were always kept in the loop throughout the entire process. We are selling our house too via another estate agent in a different area and found the communication we have had with Simon at Parker’s the best, with his regular updates and dealing with everything in a timely manner.
