Full disclosure, I am an employee of Parkers, and this review is posted to show my gratitude to the service provided by Simon Gregory. Having taken a professional ‘back seat’ I was treated like any other client when both selling and buying through Parkers. Simon chased both my transactions efficiently and provided regular updates and ensured things went smoothly. Unfortunately, the estate agent above was useless and did nothing to progress their client’s sale, usually ignoring calls and emails requesting updates and not following through with promises of action. Simon took the role upon himself to update my seller on the progress of his purchase and without his enthusiasm and commitment to guiding the chain I doubt that we would have completed before the stamp duty holiday. His involvement certainly saved our chain £1000’s. Thank you Simon.
