We initially rented a property through Bennett Residential back in 2004 and were that impressed with the service that when we were in a position to let out our own property there was no other agent we considered. We have subsequently used Bennett's on a fully managed basis to care for our property since 2008. Communication is first class and both parties know each other on first name terms. The tenants that have been sourced for us have all been excellent. Furthermore, we entrust Andy and the Bennett's team to undertake any repairs of small to medium value on our behalf without reference to us and have never had any concerns about the quality or cost of the works undertaken. On the occasions where repairs of higher value have been required quotes have been both swift and good value for money.
