We have been using Bennetts as our agent since we bought our investment property in 2001, and everything has gone very smoothly indeed. Andy and his staff are very friendly and professional, and always respond quickly to any queries. They have managed our property perfectly and keep us informed promptly and efficiently about the condition of the house and any work that needs doing, and organise it all for us. We don't have to worry about a thing. The house has just been refurbished after a longstanding tenant left and Bennetts arranged everything. The house now looks brand new! Quality letting

Bennetts have been managing our properties for at least 7 years and we have always been very satisfied. Their assistance over the last 6 months since we moved away from Taunton and refurbishing one property at a distance has been especially appreciated. When it looked as if we had a problem with an EPC rating he had a solution before he told us of a potential problem. When we had issues with a tenant behind with rental payments that was sorted too. We rented out a property in the Midlands for 3 years - letting agent was useless. In denial that there was a problem with tenant and his family. Sharon is also brilliant in handling minor repair issues, check-in and check-out, advice re presenting property for rental etc - an absolute star. Don't know Kathy as well but has always been efficient with back office and passing on messages. We have been landlords for 17 years so know what is good and bad about letting agents.
