Jackson Stops in Teddington, specifically Jamie McDonald, proved to be extremely professional, polite, punctual, dependable and transparent during the sale of our property. He was always contactable and quick to help with every aspect of the sale whilst maintaining a human approach to matters – at no point was I made to feel like I was just another client. The sale dragged on for nearly 6 months and was full of the usual chaotic challenges involved with a long chain of buyers and sellers. Throughout this time, Jamie was always on the ball and processed new information quickly and sought to find solutions and a way through. In the background David Fisher was very good at getting things done; no-nonsense, clear, concise and reliable. Meanwhile, all other staff were courteous, friendly and passed on all messages in a timely manner and with good cheer. Choosing an estate agent when selling any property is always a very stressful decision to make, they all seem to make the same promises and similar pitch. Whether you end up going with the one with the colours you like the most, the one you got along with the best or the one that promises to get you the highest price…at the end of the day, it boils down to the staff and the individual you’ll be dealing with for months. Their experience and attitude will be worth the commission price if you get a good one. In this regard, I can whole heartedly recommend Jamie McDonald and Jackson-Stops in Teddington.
