Having exchanged on our house in Wandsworth and, not having found a house to buy in the Teddington area but not wanting to lose our purchaser, my wife and I needed a rental home quickly. The house which we wanted to rent was to be let by the JSS team (led by Mark Birch and ably supported by Adam Cunnington). This was to our good fortune because Mark and his team were at all times highly professional in their dealings with us; they were invariably polite and courteous and super responsive, which made dealing with them both productive and pleasant.
