In January our long term tennants of 7 years moved on, and so it was time to give the house some much needed TLC, and of course, find new Tenants! Mark Birch and his team gave us great advice on how to approach sprucing up the house and finding people to do the work (builders, decorators, plumbers, gardeners, kitchen and furnishing designers, locksmith, etc). I really appreciated the no-nonsense and direct approach of the team - it enabled us to get the job done in good time. They also found us some lovely Tenants who really love the house!
