I recently rented a property through Jackson Stops at Richmond. All the staff there are friendly and helpful. Charlie Southall, who was dealing with the property I rented, was very professional and easy to deal with. He was helpful throughout, prompt with responding to queries, considerate and made the process of renting less stressful. While flat hunting, I had been in touch with several estate agents in the area and had some negative experiences. Based on my experience Charlie and Jackson Stops Richmond would get an A Plus.
