The rental market is really crazy at the moment and it's been really hard to get any call backs from Estate agents generally - always being sent to online bookings and emails, but I got a call from Charlie. He not only offered alternatives to properties that were no longer available, he took time to fully understand my requirements, have a bit of a chat and generally made me feel very valued as a potential tenant - even calling the day before a viewing just to confirm it - I very much appreciated that friendly and human-touch approach and would certainly head back to Jackson-Stops in future for this level of service!
