I paid the full year's rent on 22 August - a huge expense for a student, but certainly an asset for the agency. I hoped that the agent's support would reflect my commitment. Unfortunately, when I got the keys to my flat on 31 August (It's not very smooth, but it doesn't matter :)), I was deeply disappointed. The fridge was broken, the ceiling and walls were mouldy, the toilet was out of order, the mattress was torn, there were no curtains, one of the lamps was missing a bulb, the window handles were broken, the heating in the living room and hallway was broken, and the kitchen sink needed to be sealed from the wall. The sofa was stained, spotted and damaged. However, to my surprise, the washing machine was almost brand new! Yes, you read that right, I suspected that no repairs had been carried out before handover. BUT, I am still confident that the professional maintenance team at Jackson-Stops will demonstrate their expertise and dedication to understanding the importance of customer satisfaction and empathising with tenants. I am confident that they will address and resolve these issues as quickly as possible, demonstrating their efficiency and competence in handling such situations. I will continue to monitor and review the services provided by Jackson-Stops. If anyone has any questions, please do not hesitate to ask and I would be more than happy to share my experiences. :))
