I am currently in the process of selling my flat and buying a new house. None of this is being done through Jackson Stops however they (Joe in particular) have been a massive help in advising me throughout the process (they have previously done business with family and friends). We've recently moved to Teddington (renting) and Jackson Stops have made the transition incredibly smooth. There was one small mix up with buying some furniture of the previous tenants that the previous agent didn't communicate. But after Francesca took over our dealings, everything has been clear, very responsive, professional and friendly. Would recommend if looking in the area.

I’ve used Jackson-Stops for renting a flat, Tom Ridgeway and the staff are very professional and helpful, i was very impressed by how quick they were in checking the references and taking a decision, all that plus signing the documents where done online,you could even check the progress of every reference application. In my opinion Jackson-stop are way ahead of other estate agents, with them I didn’t feel the stress that I’ve been through with other estate agents.
