From our initial contact, down to the nitty gritty details, Jackson-Stops & Staff, specifically Elouisa Jones-Gray, have been an absolute delight to deal with. Completely defying the stigma of obnoxious and unhelpful agents, Elouisa went out of her way to put our worries to rest, to answer any and all questions we had, and to maintain an air of professionalism and compassion throughout. Never having to wait for more than an hour for a response over email was entirely new to us, and we were so pleased. JSS were incredibly helpful in our search for a new home, and not only this, but they were always transparent with information and Ellie in particular was very helpful in the period between agreeing and moving with any questions we've had. We've dealt with some rotten agencies in the past but JSS are not one of them, they have been very good and have been very good with helping any issues since we moved in.

We were really pleased with the service we got from all at Jackson-Stops, in particular Ellie who was not only helpful with the actual transaction (we were looking for a house to rent while ours was being renovated) but also entertained our children giving us time to look around the property properly.
