JSS have been managing our Teddington property for seven years and have provided an excellent service. We have been lucky to have the same person running the service and overseeing our property throughout that time. As we spend a lot of time abroad it i a great relief to know that JSS are finding tenants, checking them and monitoring how the property is looked after. They advise on all aspects of management and thir fee is, in my view. value for money. Mark Birch and his team went out of their way to make the entire process extremely smooth, from finding a great flat, signing the lease and moving in, to vacating and handing it over at the end of the lease period. On several occasions the team went beyond their call of duty, ie helping with an accidental lockout, with personal advice / shared their local knowledge......which was extremely nice and helpful.
