Initially, when approaching Chamberlains, I felt their valuation of my property to be somewhat ' over-imaginative' and I was proved right with subsequent little interest from prospective purchasers. Nevertheless, a few months later, when I offered the property back to Chamberlains, we agreed on a more realistic selling price and we sold within a week. I was, however, surprised to be offered the services of a nominated photographer who would charge me £50.00 for " professional photographs" of my property to be presented in the property brochure plus the ' Rightmove' entry. Nevertheless, Chamberlains did pay for the photos and all was well. Courteous and efficient office staff in a competitive area of work won the day.
