Initially, when approaching Chamberlains, I felt their valuation of my property to be somewhat ' over-imaginative' and I was proved right with subsequent little interest from prospective purchasers. Nevertheless, a few months later, when I offered the property back to Chamberlains, we agreed on a more realistic selling price and we sold within a week. I was, however, surprised to be offered the services of a nominated photographer who would charge me £50.00 for " professional photographs" of my property to be presented in the property brochure plus the ' Rightmove' entry. Nevertheless, Chamberlains did pay for the photos and all was well. Courteous and efficient office staff in a competitive area of work won the day.

The team at the Teignmouth Office were very helpful and professional They prepared a very good set of details for the brochure. . They had a number of buyers lined up for the property when it went on the market. Their work was so good that it sold on the first day of going on the market at a good price. The Teignmouth office is well run, professional and helpful

We visited several properties in Teignmouth and Bishopsteignton with Alex. The visits were all planned well making it easy for us. Of all the agents that we saw, Alex was by far the most enthusiastic and helpful. He did a good job selling the positive points of each property, but was also candid and honest about any downsides. A real pleasure to work with. Helen also provided good assistance and follow up for the viewings.
