I can not recommend Parkers in Tilehurst, Theale and Pangbourne enough for selling and buying your property. From the moment of putting my house on the market to completion has been nothing short of amazing communication throughout the process. Sold my house within two weeks! I've been with Parkers now for around 9 years whilst they manage a property I have. I'm currently working with Lauren Hollingsworth and have been really impressed with the way she manages my property for me. She is really on the ball, and when she calls or emails me to discuss anything to do with the house she has already sorted all the previous information I need to help make a decision on how to progress with each particular enquiry. She is really reliable and very friendly, she sorts what needs doing, is organised and tries to make my life as easy as possible. I feel happy that I have her looking after my tenants and my property. She is doing a great job.

We had a chaotic August, cutting it very close between our current tenancy in Reading ending and finding a new place. We held out with 3 weeks to go and 2 weeks before going on holiday, and once the property came up, we booked in the viewing for a tuesday, accepted it by wednesday and on thursday and friday had the references completed with the intention to move in the following week thursday before our trip to the airport that night. This was to avoid moving things into storage and anything left at the current property to allow for cleaners, as we would have been away during our current tenancy end date and returned on a sunday evening with twice the job to do. All of this was made possible by working with Tom, helping expedite every part of the process from the third party reference company to the signing of the tenancy agreement with the landlord. Going from viewing the property to receiving the keys in less than two weeks took some effort from all sides, but Tom being aware of our situation and proactive throughout made this as smooth as it could have gone and (thankfully) made our risk taking pay off. We are more than happy with our new place and location!
