After having to sell my marital home due to a divorce I never thought I would be able to stay in Theale the village I love & was so happy living in then Alan rang me to say he had a two bedroom house that he thought would be perfect for me & arranged a viewing. Naomi showed me around & I knew straight away it was my perfect dream house to make my home & I could stay in Theale . I rang Alan as soon as I had viewed the property to say I want that house it’s just perfect for me !! I could not believe it when my offer was accepted & then Emma did all the legal bits & after a few months I got my keys !!! I want everybody to know that to buy my first home on my own was such a scary process BUT with everyone from Parker’s they made it a smooth journey for me . Their professionalism , care & support was more than I could ever expect & I was kept informed about everything throughout the process . Parkers Theale is definitely worth a shout if you are looking for great service and knowledgeable staff. Tom was amazing and accommodating! He answered all the questions I had about the property and was polite. He took the time to make sure we saw the property in a time frame that suited us and was well-versed in the specifics of the property. Julie is friendly and helpful and acted as a mini-mum for me with all my queries. (She also has some of the best hair I have ever seen) Simon West was quick and efficient in dealing with some unexpected hurdles that popped up for me. He frequently kept me updated on the status of our forms and referencing. Overall the team were very welcoming and made the renting process easier.

After struggling with my previous estate agents , it was a pleasure firstly dealing with Archie who was very welcoming and helpful with the viewing , I was in a rush to move and he understood that and made great effort pushing things forward . Archie was on holiday half way through the work to move and the lovely Jayne took over, the transition was seamless and her joyful telephone manner made it all much nicer dealing with letting agents , I’d encountered some problems from the previous agents and Jayne worked hard to find solutions. A real pleasure dealing with Archie and Jayne .

2 years ago I bought my first home through Parkers Theale and had a great experience, so it was no doubt I explored them for the sale of my property. I did shop around estate agents as low Fees were quite a high priority and Parkers came out on top there too. Before I even put the property on the market, Alan had a potential buyer in mind and I was lucky enough that this led to a sale, the day after speaking with Parkers. Despite the property having an offer, Alan arranged photos/videos (and even a drone!) 'just in case', which were not needed in the end but Parkers didn't make me feel like we'd wasted their time and resources - they ensured a thorough process despite me accepting the first offer - totally warranting the fees. Simon then took over the sale and liaised with all solicitors involved to push the sale across the line - and constantly kept me in the loop. Sold some land using Parkers in Theale. All of the staff were friendly, professional & provided an excellent service. My sale had some bumps along the way & Alan England dealt with them perfectly & I was surprised how easily he dealt with them. This is the second time I have used Parkers & it will not be the last. Don't waste your time getting quotes from their competitors when Parkers always provide the best service.
