This allowed buyers to see the full potential of the house before they even booked a viewing. He then followed up everything on our behalf with the buyers and prompted us when things needed doing so the sale went through smoothly. His advice on the marketing price was great and he did all the viewings himself, ensuring buyers were genuinely interested.
