Julia, I’m very disappointed in this. You were in a let only property, not managed by ourselves. When you fell out with your landlord, I took my own time to mediate for you. I’m unsure how you feel our service is deserving of a one star review. We work tirelessly to build our business and your way to get back at your landlord is to negatively impact my business. It’s completely unfair and not reflective of our service.
