Absolutely fantastic experience with James Winn in every aspect. From day one the presentation of the property was brilliant including a video tour, accurate descriptions and realistic clear photos of the property. All of our concerns and queries where resolved immediately either by email or phone with excellent customer service. We had a great experience with Francesca who was available to support us our queries and supporting us viewing the property. Big thank you to Amanda as well who has been amazing and really supportive during the purchase process with getting back to our queries and reaching out to the vendors and solicitors.
