We decided that when the time came to sell the only estate agents in town to use was James Winn. They are truly professional, efficient and friendly. They sorted out all of the viewings but also made us aware when they would take place so we could leave them to it. The brochure created to sell the house was brilliant and made the house look absolutely beautiful. Our house sold in 2 weeks and I honestly think this was down to their professional input and ensuring that right buyers were found so that the whole process was smooth after the offer was accepted. I have just bought my first property though James Winn and all the staff I have dealt with - Amanda, Francesca and Julie have been wonderful. When I was disappointed I didn’t manage to get my first property they had so many other suggestions to offer and I am now completing this Friday on a even better property and can’t wait. They have dealt with all my enquiries very quickly and been patient when I’ve been waiting for other processes to go through. I would happily use them again.
