James runs a local company. Whilst we'd sold our house in 7 days (subject to offer and then contract ) at higher than asking price, it was obvious that he'd priced our property too low. We took his services at a higher cost on the basis of them doing the viewings (we did all 14) and also their service keeping us up to date with the sale(for 6 plus weeks it was us chasing them for vital information such as our buyer’s obtaining a mortgage. After an open frank discussion where James assured me that they were doing the work and liason with buyers from then on communication improved and whilst our chain tetered Winn's kept pushing. I did ask for a credit for some of the above it wasn't forthcoming.

Awful..Simple advice... DO NOT USE where they profile tenants to be picked up by owners. This is an illegal practice. Owners can define the requirements, but should noyt govern the estate agent's independent offer. James Winn simply rig this with owenrs as confirmed to me.
