Cannot praise Simon and his team enough.I needed to sell my parents house after the death of my mother in December and living in North Yorkshire was concerned about doing this. I needn't have worried as Simon helped us every step of the way from organising cleaners to helping get rid of items not associated with the house sale. He definitely went above and beyond even managing to sell the house within a week, so a big thank you from myself and my family.
