From our first point of contact with Parkers Tilehurst branch to date they have been exceptional agents throughout and have done everything within their abilities to ensure that our move went as seamlessly and as quickly as possible. When I have made contact with the Tilehurst branch the reception team have always made sure that messages are passed on accurately and I was always called or emailed back very quickly and with information and answers, at no point did I feel like we were being put off or an inconvenience to any member of staff. Particular thanks to Simon Gregory and Dan Baxter who both probably answered emails quicker than I do and considering Parkers were instructed by my seller rather than me they always knew exactly what stage we were at and who we were waiting on.
