We did it! Thanks to the team at Parkers, Tilehurst for achieving a successful sale in challenging market conditions. We tried two other local agents beforehand which did not lead to any success (during Truss budget era and oversupply of property periods). The team at Parkers, worked closely with me as a team to progress from marketing, arranging viewings, agreeing price change strategy and completion within 4 months as 2nd time buyers in a small chain.
