I don’t do reviews, and in my 62 years and numerous house sales, I have never felt happy enough to write one about an estate agent. Emma at Parkers, and Parker’s in general, are the exception to the rule. I have seen another review stating how proactive these guys are, and I can only echo that sentiment. They earn their money and Emma worked incredibly hard on my behalf, especially with my useless solicitors. I really felt Emma was “on my side”, and really pushed things along through some quite complicated negotiations. I resent paying commission, but in this case, they were excellent value for money. We have just exchanged contracts on our property sale with Parkers and have been really happy with the service throughout the whole process. The marketing and photos were excellent, much better than other local agents. All the staff I have dealt with have been helpful, friendly and responsive - Charlie, Luca, Emma and Dan. Emma was particularly efficient in chasing the chain and helping ensure everything was lined up for exchange. I've been absolutely delighted with the service I've received from Parkers. From sales and marketing with Charlie through to completion with Emma, Parkers have been helpful every step of the way. I have been buying and selling properties with Parker's Tilehurst Office for a number of years and we've been on such a journey together. Through my first home to my rather rushed move when I was having my twins, the team have always provided me with incredible service, they've always been open and honest about the processes and fully understood my needs when choosing the perfect home.
