When we unfortunately had our initial buyers fall through, the team re-listed, hosted viewings, and had new buyers in place within a week, saving our onward purchase. Emma in Sales Progression was instrumental in pushing the sale through to completion, managing the chain, and keeping us informed. I don’t do reviews, and in my 62 years and numerous house sales, I have never felt happy enough to write one about an estate agent. Emma at Parkers, and Parker’s in general, are the exception to the rule. I have seen another review stating how proactive these guys are, and I can only echo that sentiment. They earn their money and Emma worked incredibly hard on my behalf, especially with my useless solicitors. I really felt Emma was “on my side”, and really pushed things along through some quite complicated negotiations. I resent paying commission, but in this case, they were excellent value for money. Through my first home to my rather rushed move when I was having my twins, the team have always provided me with incredible service, they've always been open and honest about the processes and fully understood my needs when choosing the perfect home.
