In particular, we should like to highlight Mr Adam Lim in respect of his excellent communication skills, good understanding of our needs, excellence in identifying properties that might suit our needs, punctuality in all booked appointments, accessibility on the phone, and his quick replies to our e-mails. Once we had chosen the property, Mr Lim helped us through the entire process in a fast and easy way with rapid responses to questions, queries and/or concerns. Besides, his assistance is highly valued in respect of other issues related to the property e.g. alarm installation and painting. The best team in the Kent? Probably. My experience with Ellis and Co was amazing. While we were moving from London to Tonbridge couple of years back, this team worked extremely hard to make our move as smooth as possible. We rented our property with Ellis, stayed with Ellis until we buy our new home, because of they are the best. Every one of this team is professional and friendly.
