Apologies for the delay of this review!! I cannot recommend these guys enough. Rented a property in Tonbridge through them, Adam in particular and Danny made the process a much easier one than myself and my husband have had in the past. One experience in particular with a different letting agents was utterly horrendous and made us ill. So having to move yet again was something we dreaded. We were nervous and stressed through the whole process. We were looked after so well by the team here, they seemed to understand why we were feeling the way we did and offered a great deal of reassurance etc along the way. Lovely guys, utterly bonkers (which we love) and total professionals. Can't be faulted! Thankyou so much :)

I have previously had many bad experiences with other letting agents, but I've had only positive experiences with Ellis and Co so far which has been a nice change! (e.g. maintenance issues are responeded to and sorted out quickly)

Over the last few years we have worked with Tom and his team at Ellis&Co on all sides of the world of bricks and mortar; as tenants, purchasers, landlords and vendors. At every step of the way the team have proved themselves to be friendly, professional, efficient, honest and supportive. The guidance they have provided to us when there have been baffling difficulties and situations that we have neither the legal understanding nor experience to deal with has been absolutely invaluable. Tom is apparently unflappable and his calm manner and reassurance is exactly what one needs in the stressful situations that arise when dealing with property. We cannot recommend Ellis and Co highly enough – they have surpassed every expectation. Very many thanks to Tom, Dan, Adam, Lynne and all the team.

I currently work with two letting agents and I have to say that Ellis and co are by far the best. Very reasonable and efficient maintenance guys that have managed to resolve all arising issues. Fantastic agents that will continually follow up any problem weather it will be with the Tennant or property management company, always keeping you up to date with minimal hassle on landlords side. Coming up to my third year with them now and wouldn't think of going anywhere else within the Tunbridge and surrounding areas. Superb service
