This is a warning to anyone who is thinking of using this company as a TENANT.They will keep a substantial amount of your deposit whatever you do when you leave a property.DO NOT USE THIS LETTING AGENT: they are lazy crooks, out for every penny they can get. They are rude, arrogant and have no respect for you as a tenant. BEWARE!It was a sickening experience!!!! Be warned!

I hoped to leave my tenancy on a good note. However, the letting manager was rude and blameful. Implied I made improper use of the bathroom washbasin causing a leak, although a pre-existing leak had been noted in my inventory. Martin and Co carried out zero landlord checks during my 15 month tenancy. They do not meet basic requirements and shift costs onto tenant. Ordered a locksmith at my expense without my consent. Blamed me for key jammed in rusty lock. Then rudely haggled and delayed handing back deposit for ridiculous reasons after I had left the property immaculate.
