Hard working and always professional

Recently sold our house in Tooting with Marsh and Parsons. They knuckled down, put the hours in, brought in 25 viewings in 3 weeks, and agreed a sale at a great price. The market was pretty tough at the time, friends of ours placed their house on the market 3 times and had no success. Once the sale was agreed we had problems in the upper chain which they helped to resolve. Part of the reason for writing this review is the stark contrast between the estate agents we were buying from, compared to how professional everyone at Marsh and Parsons is. Due to problems with the upper chain, it might have been more appropriate to let the sale of our house fall through. The contract would have expired with Marsh & Parsons and they would have lost the sale. Estate agents don't have the best image so we were worried Marsh and Parsons would force us down the sale route, but they didn't, they helped us where they could and made a bad situation feel much less pressured. If the sale had fallen through I'm confident in saying that we would have renewed the contract with them anyway.
