We received an excellent service from Mustafa Khalifa at Ellis and Co. on West Green Road in Tottenham. As soon as we met Mustafa we felt that he was very trustworthy and reliable, and this has been proven in all our dealings with him. Mustafa visited our property on two occasions to provide both a rental and sales valuation. On both occasions he was prompt, friendly and very professional. He was extremely respectful of our home and made us feel very at ease. He spent time discussing various options with us including time frames, the buying and letting procedure and how to maximise the value of the property. His valuations were sent to us the following day in writing and by email. When we decided to rent out the property, Mustafa took us through the ins and outs of being landlords very clearly. The agency moved very quickly to organise photography and line up several viewings. As a result, the property was rented within a few days. All the necessary checks were carried out and we were kept up to date at every stage. Another agent, Kay Ali, at Ellis and Co. has been excellently handling the day to day management of our property. Kay has also been extremely courteous and efficient in all of his dealings. He has arranged and kept us up to date with minor repairs needed to the property. We are confident that our property is in safe hands. When we come to sell the property, we will certainly go back to Mustafa to handle the sale. We are confident in his abilities and that he will do the very best for us. We feel sure that any prospective buyer will be equally as impressed and keen to make a sale with him.
