Amazing service and very warm and friendly staff (you don't get that with big corporate agencies). We were looking to move from London to Tring after 12 years in the city. We were uncertain if we were making the right choice, however we found a property and were put in touch with Katie. She ensured that our transition was smooth and all our bases were covered. She always responded promptly to any querries or requests we had, in a kind and friendly manner. The house we moved into was in great condition and Katie has responded quicly to us if we had any questions.
