As a 19 year old looking for my first place to live the staff were extremely supportive and understanding of my nerves and little knowledge of what I was meant to be doing. The explained what i needed to do and also helped my understand how I worked out where I could afford there was never any pressure to go for something for a quick rent. Julie was especially nice to me when showing me around and was very helpful in giving me confidence in her experience and knowledge of letting to people like myself. Leanne was extremely good at replying to the vast amount of emails i sent when i was anxious. When i move it would definitely be with them again
