Extremely slow to respond, and also left properties on line that had been let months ago on various sites. Highly misleading

YOU WILL BE MESSED AROUND AND TREATED ABISMALLY . TRY A PROPER AGENT WHO IS NOT LINKED OR HIDDEN BEHIND A CHEAP BACKSTREET FRANCHISE AND GO TO AN INDEPENDANT AGENT..THEY ARE HORRENDOUS THROUGH AND THROUGH

The nicest thing that I can say about Martin & Co is that they are rude, unhelpful and incompetent. They forget to send papers, they do not respond to e-mails, they do not take the trouble to learn about the property that they are letting and they do not carry out a proper handover to new tenants. Also be aware that they are inclined to close the office during their stated opening hours which can result in a wasted journey. If you are a tenant then you have little choice but if you are a landlord then I would advise looking elsewhere.
